Our new Nautila collection continues its journey beyond the world of yachting, exploring warm and welcoming residential spaces. This time, we’re guided by the vision of architect and designer Gaia Miacola, who imagined “Luce d’Egeo”: a Mediterranean villa where Nautila parquet seamlessly blends with the architecture, light, and surrounding landscape.
“When Ideal Legno invited me to discover the new Nautila collection,” Gaia explains, “I immediately sensed a material full of character—born from the world of yachts but ready to inhabit so many other spaces.”
Nautila fits perfectly within the villa’s essential aesthetic, enriching it with soft lines, natural colors, tactile textures, and a gaze that always points toward the sea. The result is an authentic interpretation of material—where the flooring is no longer just a surface, but a full sensory experience.
“This project speaks of light, material, and authenticity. It’s no longer just a nautical suggestion—it’s a new opportunity for warm, contemporary residential environments.”
We’re proud to see Nautila reimagined with such thoughtful creativity, preserving its seafaring soul while feeling perfectly at home on land.
